what is camp Boom?
Since it's inauguration in 2015, Camp Boom is our annual orientation camp for freshmen which integrates freshmen into our Singaporean community in New South Wales. Campers will get to meet seniors and other freshmen studying in Sydney whilst learning more about Australian culture.
What's new in 2024?
This year, we are opening sign ups to both Freshmen of 2024 and all current UNSW students, especially trimester 3 students who were unable to attend the camp in 2023. With a heavily subsidised sign up fee, don't miss this excellent opportunity to make new friendships and foster unforgettable memories. As a 3D2N camp, be excited for a myriad of activities to keep you on your toes, including a Haunted house, Wet and Dry bonding games, Tiki-themed party, and Campfire Night!

Camp boomerang 2024 highlights
Camp Grounds
Camp Boom 2024 is held at AGH Camps, located at Douglas Park, New South Wales. The campsite is fully provisioned with accommodation, catering and shower facilities provided. It is located an hour away from UNSW's Kensington campus, with transportation provided to and from the camp site.
